Add comments to GitHub PRs about failed tests

Similar to the commit statuses emulator.wtf can also add comments to GitHub pull requests indicating test failures. For successful test runs no comment will be added. The comment will contain the first discovered test failure with a stacktrace and provide a link to the results page in emulator.wtf for further debugging.

Similar to commit statuses you can control the Git information with the scm-commit and scm-url properties of your chosen integration.
